Incorrect Address and Failed Delivery It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. ZAVÉ is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address or failed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes For international orders, ZAVÉ is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by the local government or carrier at the time of delivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages While we ensure every order is handed over to our carriers securely, ZAVÉ is not liable for packages that are confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
